Elisabeth Axmann-Marcinkowski
National Head of Resources Management
Elisabeth Axmann-Marcinkowski assumed her current position as National Head of Resources Management in April 2019 after acting as Head of Finance ad interim since May 2017. Before that she was working as Finance Assistant in the IOM Country Office for more than two years. Following her graduation at a commercial academy, Elisabeth Axmann-Marcinkowski gained experience in finance administration at Fonds Soziales Wien and as an auditor and audit coordinator for projects funded by the SOLID-Fund. Furthermore, she is studying Japanology at the University of Vienna.

Alexander Alber
Resource Management Assistant
During his studies of Japanology at the University of Vienna, Alexander Alber has already had the chance to gather first experience in working with the Operations team in the IOM Country Office for Austria. His responsibilities included preparation and processing of documents for cases in the Assisted Voluntary Return program as well as assisting movements of migrants and refugees at the airport. Alexander Alber picked up additional tasks as a finance assistant and is overseeing the processing of finance agendas in the framework of the projects conducted by the IOM Country Office for Austria.

Abdulghane Fahed
Resource Management Clerk
Abdulghane studied Business Administration at Hacettepe University in Turkey. He  finished his internship in the Finance Unit at the IOM Country Office for Austria and then started to work as Resource Management Clerk.
He takes on various administrative tasks, such as verifying financial data and maintaining accurate records. He is also assisting with account reconciliations and processing bills, checks, receipts and other documents.

Sabine Gingl-Radinger
Resource Management Assistant
Sabine Gingl-Radinger supports and coordinates activities in the finance department with regards to procurement and payment processing.
Together with an IPMA-certification, she contributes a wealth of experience in service and finance, acquired throughout her many years at IATA (international Air Transport Association), and lastly at Emirates Airlines´ Finance Department in their regional office in Frankfurt.

Elke Kienesberger
Assistant to the Head of Office
Website & Social Media Focal Point, Focal Point for Security
In addition to her function as Assistant to the Head of Office, Elke Kienesberger also supports and coordinates various areas of the IOM Country Office for Austria. Moreover, she also acts as Website & Social Media Focal Point. While studying at the Centre for Translation Studies Vienna, Elke Kienesberger worked in the area of migration policy at ICMPD. After finishing her studies, she worked as a translator and foreign language trainer in adult education and in the office management of an international language institute.

Saleh Sadri
Resource Management & HR Assistant
Saleh Sadri holds a Bachelor Degree in Business, Economics and Social Sciences and is in his final stages of a Master Degree -­ on the educational mobility of migrants in Austria - in Business Education (“Wirtschaftspädagogik”). Saleh Sadri has held different positions in the private sector, and amongst others worked as a refugee caregiver at Fonds Soziales Wien and as a business trainer at BBRZ Vienna. He is part of the Resource Management Team at the Country Office for Austria and Focal Point for all HR-related tasks.
