To conclude the project "WIR II: Workshops for Integration and Prevention of Radicalization", we will present this year's short film "WE ARE MANY" live on 11 December 2020 at 5 p.m. We will talk with girls and young women from the Chechen community about their experiences and insights from the project WIR II.
During the project WIR II, girls and young women from the Chechen community discussed their own identity, what it means to be Chechen and Austrian, and the meaning of their religious identity. They also dealt with topics such as media criticism, violence, discrimination and bullying. The girls and young women worked on these topics using slow-motion videos, role-plays and interviews. This resulted in the short film that we will present at the final event.
