Our WorkAs the leading inter-governmental organization promoting humane and orderly migration, IOM plays a key role to support the achievement of the 2030 Agenda through different areas of intervention that connect both humanitarian assistance and sustainable development. Ondine Delavelle
Head, Integration Unit
Ondine Delavelle acts as supervisor for the Integration Unit’s projects and staff and develops project proposals in the area of integration. In addition, she also conducts trainings in the area of integration, with a focus on intercultural work and migrant children. Prior to joining the Integration Unit, she worked in the field of Assisted Voluntary Return and Reintegration, first at Caritas Vienna and last at IOM Austria. She studied Political Sciences in France, with a focus on international relations and international organizations.

Marlit Antonia Schardt
Project Assistant
Marlit Antonia Schardt is a project assistant in the Integration Unit, where she supports the implementation of the WIR III project. Before that, she worked as a social worker for the organization LEFÖ-Intervention Center for Trafficked Women (IBF). She studied Psychology in Berlin and in Istanbul and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Social Psychology and International Development Studies at the University of Vienna.

Jekaterina Weiss
Project Assistant
Jekaterina Weiss assists the project WIR IV as a social worker. Prior to joining IOM, she worked as a youth worker and streetworker at various local associations aiming to assist youth and prevent violence and extremist. Her focus is on online youthwork, gender and empowerment. Jekaterina Weiss studied educational science at the University of Vienna and is currently studying ethics and history at the University of Vienna. She is a certified anti- violence trainer.
