Jana Terzimehić Petrlíková
Head of Resource Management
Jana Terzimehić Petrlíková assumed her current position as National Head of Resource Management in January 2023 after having worked as Finance Assistant in the IOM Country Office for Austria for more than two years and as Resource Management Assistant for IOM in Czechia for more than six years. Jana Terzimehić Petrlíková holds a Master Degree in Business Economics and Management. Before joining IOM, she held a variety of positions in the private as well as public sector.

Manuel Karrer
Deputy Head, Resource Management Coordinator
Manuel Karrer supports the Resource Management Unit in the areas of procurement, the preparation of documents for audits, vendor communication and more. He studied Business Administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and has held a variety of positions in international firms in the private sector.

Alexander Alber
ICT & Finance Coordinator
During his studies of Japanology at the University of Vienna, Alexander Alber has already had the chance to gather first experience in working with the Operations team in the IOM Country Office for Austria. His responsibilities included preparation and processing of documents for cases in the Assisted Voluntary Return program as well as assisting movements of migrants and refugees at the airport. Alexander Alber picked up additional tasks as a finance and ICT assistant and is overseeing the processing of finance agendas in the framework of the projects conducted by the IOM Country Office for Austria, as well as ICT related matters in coordination with IOM's Regional Office in Brussel.

Saleh Sadri
Human Resources Coordinator
Saleh Sadri holds a Bachelor Degree in Business, Economics and Social Sciences and a Master Degree in Business Education. Saleh Sadri has held different positions in the private sector, and amongst others worked as a refugee caregiver at Fonds Soziales Wien and as business trainer at BBRZ Vienna. He is part of the Resource Management Team at the IOM Country Office for Austria and Focal Point for all HR-related tasks.

Denise Scheer
Procurement and Logistics Associate
Denise Scheer joined IOM in May 2023. In the Resource Management Unit, she is responsible for the procurement and logistics processes, which includes gathering and comparing of bids, managing agreements with vendors and general vendor management as well as procurement planning and administration. Denise studied International and European Law. Before joining IOM, she held a variety of positions in international firms.

Theodora Steiner
Resource Management Assistant
Theodora Steiner has been serving as Resource Management Assistant at IOM since August 2024. She supports the implementation of financial procedures, helps maintaining accurate financial records, and assists with various administrative tasks related to finance and logistics. Her responsibilities also include managing documentation, coordinating payments, and liaising with external partners. Theodora holds a bachelor’s degree in a related field and has prior experience working with intergovernmental organizations.
